Our Pet Food Pantry is always in need of cat and dog food. Hours of drop off are Saturday and Sunday 10am to 12pm (Please see our link to the left of this page for more information)

Closter Animal Welfare Society Inc. (CLAWS) was founded more than 40 years ago as Lost Pet Service, Inc.
CLAWS is not a shelter. We focus our time and efforts to rescue and foster abandoned or unwanted cats and dogs in the Bergen County, NJ area. With the help of a network of dedicated volunteers, we work to find the best permanent homes for these animals.
